Return & Refund Policy

 

Damaged or Missing Items

All shipments must be opened, counted, and inspected for damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If any damage or shortages are observed, you must note it on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • If damage is minor and you choose to keep the item, clearly document the damage on the receipt.
  • Failure to note damage or missing items at delivery constitutes acceptance of the shipment in full and in good condition and releases Podium Stage from all liability.

To assist with claims, please email clear photos of any damage to returns@podiumstage.com.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled more than 24 hours after placement are subject to a 5% administrative fee, regardless of shipping status.
  • If the order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Any applicable supplier fees, including restocking fees and original shipping charges

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.


Returns

  • All returns require prior authorization in the form of a Return Authorization (RA).
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • To request an RA, call 804-538-4844.

Please note:

  • An RA number does not guarantee approval of the return. All returns are subject to supplier policies and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items must be returned in original, factory condition, including:
    • Packaging
    • Manuals and inserts
    • Warranty cards (unfilled)
    • All accessories

Important return guidelines:

  • Do not write on or tape product packaging.
  • Do not alter or damage original cartons.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or altered returns may incur replacement charges or be refused.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outer shipping carton only (not the product packaging).
  • Pack items securely in a separate shipping box with sufficient padding.

Additional conditions:

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • We do not accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.

Custom Orders

All custom, made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.
