Return & Refund Policy

Damages:

All shipments should be opened, counted and inspected for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt.  If you notice any damage, or an item is missing,  you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If the damage is fairly minor, and you wish to keep the unit, note any damage on the delivery receipt.  Failure to note damages or shortages at the time of delivery, means you're accepting the product as complete and good condition which releases Podium Stage from all liability.  Please send photos to returns@podiumstage.com, as it will aid the investigation.  

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.   

Returns:

All returns require a prior request for a Return Authorization (RA)and must be made within 30 days of receipt.  Please call us at 804-538-4844 if you would like to return a product, for our RA procedures.  Please note that an RA number doesn't guarantee final disposition.  All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

Custom made to order items cannot be returned or cancelled.
