Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately contact our suppliers to verify the availability of the items for shipment. Please note that some products are made to order, and the lead time will be specified in the product description.
Shipping Rates
We offer free dock-to-dock shipping on all products. If you require additional services, such as expedited shipping, lift-gate services, or inside delivery, please contact us for assistance. Order Shipment
Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 states. Some of our products can be shipped within 3 to 14 days, while custom-made orders may take up to 12 weeks from the receipt of your order. Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, you will receive tracking information sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
For ground shipments via UPS or FedEx, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Please be aware that some freight or LTL shipments may take 7 to 10 days due to the logistics involved in transporting larger and heavier items.
