Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Some of our products are made to order, and we tell you the lead time in the product description.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.  

Shipping Rates:  

We offer free curbside shipping on all of our products.  Some of our products have a lift gate provided with the shipping, as well.  If you would like any other services, such as inside delivery, reach out to us! Please call us for any shipping questions at 804-538-4844.

Order Shipment:

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states.  Some or our products can be shipped as quick as 3 - 14 days, while some are custom made to order and can take up to 12 weeks from receipt of order.  We make sure to display the lead times in the product description.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 - 7 business days with UPS / Fedex ground shipments, and some of our freight truck / LTL shipments. But some of our freight items can take up to 7 - 10 days due to the logistics involved in shipping large and heavy items.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at
