This pulpit is the one for you.  It has everything you need, and has an elegant, traditional design.  A wide work surface that can be adjusted, for your bible and notes. If you need more space, it also comes with two shelves.  It comes in a myriad of wood stains you can choose from. The light oak, medium oak, and dark oak have no extra charge to them, but the other stains have an extra charge, if chosen (+$159).  It will ship 10-12 weeks from receipt of order, and ships fully assembled.
