The AVFI 21U Mobile Rolling Equipment Storage Rack RKYZ21 is a versatile mobile rack storage solution designed for professional AV equipment, technology systems, and rack-mounted components. Its 21U capacity, front and rear equipment access, and mobile construction make it well suited for classrooms, conference rooms, training facilities, presentation environments, and other professional settings requiring flexible equipment storage.
The RKYZ21 features front and rear 21U rack rails, providing convenient access to installed equipment from both the audience side and presenter side. Front and rear locking doors help secure equipment while maintaining easy service access. This dual-access configuration is especially useful when the rack is positioned alongside or integrated with presentation furniture.
Cable management is supported through grommets located on both sides, the top, and the bottom of the rack. Ventilated grid panels along the side panels and bottom grill plate help promote airflow around installed equipment, supporting organized and practical equipment installation.
The rack is equipped with premium modern casters, including two locking front casters, allowing the unit to be moved when needed and secured in position during use. Its laminate construction is available in multiple finishes and is complemented by stylish aluminum grid side panels for a professional appearance.
The RKYZ21 is also an excellent equipment storage complement for the AVFI PDYZ38 height adjustable podium, providing additional rack capacity while maintaining mobility and accessibility. Optional shelves, drawers, cooling, power, cable management, monitor mounting, and custom electronics cutouts allow the rack to be configured for specific equipment requirements.
AVFI Custom Electronics Cutout Service
Installation of electronics in AVFI furniture may require a custom cutout. AVFI charges a one-time $100 custom cut fee per furniture unit, regardless of the number of electronic cutouts required.
