The Executive Wood Bullet-Resistant Doors & Windows for Schools, Hospitals & Government – DOOR-N3 provides discreet ballistic protection while maintaining the appearance and functionality of a professional interior door. Individually crafted to fit the customer's existing door frame, each door is designed to integrate security features into a furniture-quality hardwood construction suitable for schools, hospitals, courthouses, government buildings, offices, and other security-conscious facilities.
Each door is fortified with NIJ Level III ballistic steel, providing a concealed protective barrier within the door structure. Where visibility is required, selected door styles incorporate NIJ Level IIIA clear ballistic polycarbonate, allowing users to maintain visibility through the doorway while adding ballistic protection.
Four door styles are available to accommodate different security and visibility requirements. The Slab Door provides a solid wood design with no window, while the Commercial Style Door incorporates a narrow 6-inch ballistic window. The Half Vision Door provides a larger window area for increased visibility, and the Full Vision Door uses a French-door-style full-length polycarbonate window for a combination of visibility and professional appearance.
Premium hardwood options include Oak, Character Maple, Cherry, Mahogany, or Walnut, allowing the door to coordinate with existing architectural finishes. Pricing includes a door size range of 32"–36" wide, with frame measurements collected after ordering so the door can be individually crafted to the required opening.
