The Executive Wood ESD-Safe Workbench with Riser – TWB2C84 is a heavy-duty solid maple hardwood workstation designed for electronics, assembly, laboratory, and technical work environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is important. Featuring a durable butcher block work surface and all-maple hardwood framework, this workbench combines a professional appearance with a robust construction designed for demanding applications.
The Workbench with Riser can be used as a stand-alone workstation or paired with an Extender Bench to expand the available work area. The Extender Bench can also be used to configure two workstations into an L-shaped arrangement, providing additional flexibility for production, assembly, or technical workspaces.
The all-maple framework is engineered for a minimum 1,500-pound weight capacity. Each of the four solid maple legs is constructed from laminated maple hardwood and finished to a 3" × 3" outside dimension with rounded exposed edges. Solid maple support stretchers and quality joinery provide additional structural strength and stability.
Above the butcher block work surface, the integrated riser panel provides additional privacy and organization while supporting electrical and workstation accessories. The workbench includes three separate electrical circuits, a large E-STOP emergency shutoff, GFCI protection, isolated-ground power, multiple duplex outlets, a raceway system, twist-lock external connections, and two grounded work-surface blocks designed to help reduce ESD.
Additional workstation functionality includes five ESD-safe storage bins, an articulating monitor arm and keyboard system capable of supporting two monitors, a CPU caddy shelf, LED lighting connection points, and strategically positioned grommet holes. The workbench is sanded smooth and finished with a conversion varnish system for a durable, professional appearance.
