Combining an attractive furniture-style design with practical functionality, this ADA-compliant desk supports a range of users and activities, including seated and standing work.
The Accommodating features an electric/hydraulic lift system that adjusts the work surface through a height range of 33.5 to 45 inches. This adjustable design provides flexibility for different working positions and presentation requirements, making it a practical choice for classrooms, training facilities, offices, and other environments where an adaptable workstation is needed.
Designed for convenient mobility, The Accommodating comes standard with 3-inch heavy-duty swivel casters, including locking rear casters. Its mobile design helps users reposition the desk as needed, while its dimensions allow it to fit through most doorways. The desk arrives fully assembled, requiring no additional assembly beyond plugging in the electrical cable.
The standard configuration includes a keyboard drawer, which can be exchanged for a storage drawer or removed entirely. Removing the drawer allows the work surface to be positioned lower, providing additional flexibility for different user requirements. Optional ADA-compliant folding shelves can also be installed on either or both sides to provide additional workspace for laptops, documents, and presentation materials.
The Accommodating comes standard in beautifully finished wood veneer, with melamine and laminate available as alternatives. Sound-Craft can also work with customers to match existing stains and colors. A front logo is available as an optional customization, allowing organizations to incorporate their branding into the desk's appearance.
