Description

The AVFI Modular Video Conference Table Package T3600 T3 is a comprehensive conference room furniture system designed for corporate boardrooms, video conferencing suites, collaborative workspaces, and professional meeting environments. Combining a modular conference table, an equipment credenza, and a configurable monitor mounting system, this package provides an integrated solution for meetings, presentations, and audiovisual collaboration.

The T3600 T3 package consists of one 36FR section, one 36RR section, one 36B31 section, one CR3000EX credenza, and one monitor mount. The table seats seven people and can be expanded with compatible extensions to accommodate future meeting requirements. Its spacious work surface and large base provide room for collaborative activities, while access panels support cable routing and audiovisual equipment storage or mounting.

The table includes removable islands designed to accommodate electronics, power grommets, and custom cutouts. These islands can be replaced as technology requirements change, helping the conference table adapt to evolving equipment needs. The 36RR section includes a convenient 10U desktop rack, while the included cable bridge routes wiring between the table and connected room furniture, helping avoid the need for core drilling. The bridge can be omitted when full 360-degree access is required.

The CR3000EX credenza adds substantial equipment storage with three bays of 12U rack rails, each measuring 18.75 inches deep and designed for 10-32 screws. Hidden front locks and handles provide a clean, streamlined appearance, while the highly resistant Surf(x) Thermowrap finish can be selected to coordinate with the conference table.

The monitor mounting system offers a choice of PM2-S for a single display, PM-D for dual displays, or PM2-XL for a single extra-large display. A camera mount is included to support video conferencing installations. Optional power panels, cable wells, microphones, monitor mounts, racks, shelves, and custom cutout services provide additional flexibility for configuring the conference room around specific technology requirements.

AVFI Custom Electronics Cutout Service

Installation of electronics in AVFI furniture may require a custom cutout. AVFI charges a one-time $100 custom cut fee per furniture unit, regardless of the number of electronic cutouts required.
