Description

The AVFI Multimedia Digital Mobile Podium PDX1532-PC-FS is a fully integrated digital presentation podium designed for modern conferences, classrooms, training facilities, corporate presentations, and professional events. Combining an interactive built-in touchscreen PC, front-facing display, integrated charging, power, microphone, and flexible equipment storage, this digital podium is designed to enhance presenter interaction while maintaining direct eye contact with the audience.

The PDX1532-PC-FS features a 10-point touch capacitive 15.6" built-in PC with Windows 11 Pro installed and licensed. The integrated computer is equipped with an Intel i5-8250U processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB SSD storage, Wi-Fi, four USB ports, LAN/RJ45, VGA, HDMI, audio output, and two COM ports. This built-in computing platform supports interactive presentations and multimedia applications directly from the podium.

A Full HD 1920 x 1080 front-facing 32" LCD screen provides a prominent display for the audience while the integrated touchscreen PC gives the presenter direct access to digital content. The podium also includes an 18" Shure gooseneck microphone, a CUB3 round cable well with 110V outlet and USB data connection, a 15W wireless charger with USB-A and USB-C, and a 6-outlet power strip with a 10-foot power cord.

The PDX1532-PC-FS includes a locking pullout shelf and a large 28.5" W x 11" D front work surface with a flip-open top. The flip-open section provides convenient access to cable management and electronics while maintaining a clean presentation surface. The interior includes an adjustable shelf, space for a 12U rack frame, and accommodations for up to two 120mm cooling fans.

Finished with a highly resistant Thermowrap work surface and body with black side accent panels, the podium combines durability with a contemporary appearance. Heavy-duty casters, including two locking casters, provide easy mobility between presentation areas while allowing the podium to remain securely positioned during use. Optional rack systems, monitor mounting, power and data accessories, cooling, wireless charging, lighting, and custom electronics cutouts provide additional configuration flexibility.

AVFI Custom Electronics Cutout Service

Installation of electronics in AVFI furniture may require a custom cutout. AVFI charges a one-time $100 custom cut fee per furniture unit, regardless of the number of electronic cutouts required.
