Description

The AVFI Multimedia Dual Rack Mobile Instructor Station Podium PD5107 is a versatile mobile presentation podium designed for distance education, electronic classrooms, corporate training sites, and professional presentation environments. As part of the PD51 Series, the PD5107 provides substantially more equipment rack capacity than the PD51 while maintaining a mobile design, removable console, and spacious work surface for integrated presentation technology.

The PD5107 features a large 42.75" W x 30" D work surface that provides ample room for monitors, laptops, presentation materials, and room control systems. Its removable console can be dismounted to make use of the entire work surface, providing flexibility for different presentation configurations. The front panel of the console can also be easily removed from a wedge position while maintaining presentation privacy.

For high-capacity AV equipment integration, the PD5107 includes dual 14U electronic equipment rack rails, providing 28U of total rack space. Both front and rear rack sets are included, allowing convenient access to installed equipment. A wide keyboard tray and folding side shelf provide additional workspace for instructors and presenters, while the podium's open ventilation design supports airflow around installed electronics.

Easy front and rear access with metal vents makes equipment management more convenient, while heavy-duty casters allow the podium to be moved easily between classrooms, training facilities, and presentation spaces. Two locking casters provide stability when the podium is positioned for use.

The PD5107 features a highly resistant Thermowrap surface and body finish designed for demanding educational and professional environments. Its combination of 28U rack capacity, removable console, large work surface, and mobile construction makes it a practical solution for presentations requiring extensive AV equipment and connectivity. AVFI Custom Electronics Cutout Service

Installation of electronics in AVFI furniture may require a custom cutout. AVFI charges a one-time $100 custom cut fee per furniture unit, regardless of the number of electronic cutouts required.
