Description

The AVFI Multimedia Presentation Podium with Rack Mount PD5103 is a compact multimedia podium designed for distance education, electronic classrooms, corporate training sites, conference rooms, and professional presentation environments. As a smaller version of the PD51, the PD5103 provides a space-efficient design while maintaining the functionality needed for integrated presentation technology and equipment.

The PD5103 features a wide 29.75" W x 30" D customizable work surface that provides ample room for monitors, laptops, presentation materials, and room control systems. A removable console offers additional flexibility for configuring the podium to accommodate different presentation and technology requirements. The wide keyboard tray and folding side shelf provide convenient workspace for presenters and instructors.

For integrated AV equipment, the PD5103 includes a 14-space EIA-compliant threaded rack frame using 10-32 screws, with both front and rear rack sets included. The podium also provides an interior adjustable shelf and dedicated PC/storage compartment, allowing equipment and accessories to remain organized and accessible. Easy front and rear access, combined with metal ventilation panels and vents throughout the podium, supports convenient equipment access and airflow.

Heavy-duty casters make the PD5103 easy to maneuver between classrooms, training rooms, and presentation spaces, with two locking casters providing stability during use. Its highly resistant Thermowrap surface and body finish provides durability for demanding educational and professional environments. The podium ships assembled for convenient deployment.

AVFI Custom Electronics Cutout Service

Installation of electronics in AVFI furniture may require a custom cutout. AVFI charges a one-time $100 custom cut fee per furniture unit, regardless of the number of electronic cutouts required.
