The AVFI Modular Video Conference Table Package with Monitor Stand T3600 T1 is a complete modular conference room solution designed for corporate boardrooms, collaborative meeting spaces, and professional video conferencing environments. Combining a spacious conference table with an integrated monitor stand and audiovisual equipment storage, this package supports presentations, team discussions, and hybrid meetings while keeping technology and cabling organized.
The T3600 T1 package consists of 36FR + 36RR + 36B31 + one TP800 monitor stand. The table seats seven people and can be expanded later with compatible extensions to accommodate changing meeting requirements. Its 56-inch-wide surface and modular configuration provide a practical setting for collaborative work, while the large base includes access panels for cable routing and equipment storage or mounting.
The table incorporates removable islands designed to accommodate electronics, power grommets, and custom cutouts. These islands can be replaced as technology requirements change, helping the conference table adapt to evolving equipment needs. The 36RR section includes a convenient 10U desktop rack for accessible equipment storage, while the included cable bridge provides a route for wiring between the table and room or connected furniture, helping reduce the need for core drilling. The bridge can be omitted when full 360-degree access is required.
The included TP800 fixed-base monitor stand is available in single, dual, or single XL display configurations. The TP800-S supports one 40 to 70-inch display, the TP800-D supports two 42 to 70-inch displays, and the TP800-XL supports one 65-inch or larger display. The stand also includes a camera mount, a 3U codec basket, an electronics shelf, a six-outlet power bar with a 10-foot cord mounted inside, and a built-in cooling fan.
Finished with highly resistant Surf(x) Thermowrap available in multiple finishes, the AVFI T3600 T1 provides a coordinated and functional solution for professional meeting spaces. Optional power panels, cable wells, microphones, monitor mounts, racks, shelves, and custom cutout services allow the package to be tailored to specific audiovisual installations.
AVFI Custom Electronics Cutout Service
Installation of electronics in AVFI furniture may require a custom cutout. AVFI charges a one-time $100 custom cut fee per furniture unit, regardless of the number of electronic cutouts required.
